ENRICH in the USA is a Horizon 2020 initiative to establish a Network of European Research and Innovation Centres throughout the United States of America. ENRICH USA acts as a central contact point for European research and innovation actors seeking to grow and reinforce collaboration across the Atlantic.

The mission of the Network is to provide standardised as well as tailor-made, research,  & innovation internationalisation support services to European researchers and innovators, to accelerate access to the US market, and maximise chances of success. The initiative started in April 2017.

This Research Connection Symposium aims to bring EU and US researchers and research administrators & managers together to engage in an effective dialogue to establish and strengthen transatlantic research collaborations. As a part of the ENRICH in the USA Project, NCURA has co-organized this year’s symposium to be a follow-on activity of their Annual Meeting in August in Washington, D.C.

The project has selected 18 European researchers and research managers, representing 10 European countries, to travel to the symposium. At the symposium, EU researchers will be presenting their work and identifying their research needs to potential US partners.
