The PICASSO Consortium gathered on December 1-2, 2016 in Dresden Germany, to discuss the project advancement made since the public meeting in Washington and plan the next steps. A lot of project work has been going on during the last months – several analysis reports have been published, first webinars have been organized and in-depth discussions have taken place in the Expert Groups to define collaboration priorities.
Main topics discussed during the meeting were the work of the 4 topic related PICASSO Expert Groups and questions around the organisation of the “Trans-Atlantic Symposium on Technology and Policy for a Smart Society”, organised by PICASSO, which will take place at Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA on June 19-20, 2017.
